All the ways to access Roadside Assistance
Requesting Roadside Assistance is available with multiple convenient options. Use the myVW app, press the wrench icon in your vehicle, request access online, or call by phone. Choose the method that best suits your needs.
- myVW App users: Request Roadside Assistance or call directly through the Service tab in the myVW mobile app. If you're enrolled in Remote Access, your vehicle's location will be automatically transmitted to the Roadside Assistance provider, even if you're unsure of your exact position.
Download the myVW app - Remote Access enrollees: Push the wrench icon button in the vehicle to activate the call and automatically send your location and vehicle information to Roadside Assistance.
